  9. With Windows 3.1 the user has access to a nearly unlimited number of several 
  10. fonts. For every task You may choose another font. Look only at the hundreds of 
  11. fonts that are available as shareware.

  13. Font-ABC will help you to keep the overview. Not all fonts are of use for every 
  14. application: Not all fonts are free scalable, that means you cannot use them in 
  15. every wished size.  Some fonts have only capitals (for headlines) or initials.
  16.  
  17. With Font-ABC you are able to view and print every printable font using your own 
  18. sample text in any size and style that you wish. You may print a fontcatalog of 
  19. all installed fonts and uninstall fonts that are not used so often. Not all fonts 
  20. are really needed all the time and every installed font uses more memory and 
  21. increases Windows-Startup-Time.

  90. If you want to uninstall Font-ABC for any reason, make sure that no other 
  91. programs use these files before deleting them!

  94. NOTE:
  95. Font-ABC expects to find the Windows-Standard-Font Arial installed on your 
  96. system.  If not you may change in FONTABC.INI (Windows-Directory) in section 
  97. DEFAULTS (in brackets)  "Arial=" another fonttype, e.g. "Arial=Helvetica".

  99. If possible choose option "use True Types" in control panel.

  107. For a minimal registration fee you become a legal user of font-ABC.

  109. Print order form "order.wri", fill in all blanks and send it by mail or 
  110. e-mail to the address below. Send the registration fee to my bank and you will 
  111. receive your personal registration code which allows further use of Font-ABC as 
  112. soon as possible.

  114. Shareware screens will dissappear and you will receive version update information 
  115. if wanted.

  137. Font-ABC was testet in all functions before coming out as shareware. But there 
  138. may still be problems with individual configurations. There are so many possible 
  139. hardware and  software combinations that incombatibilities may occur.

  141. If you ever have a problem using font-ABC don't hesitate to sent me mail or 
  142. E-mail. I'll do my best to help you. 
  143. If you have any suggestions sent me an e-mail and I'll see if I can build it in 
  144. a future version.
